Every effort has been made to ensure that what we offer at the Holy Feet of our Beloved Satguru is worthy of the present.

The cassettes have been prepared in a very professional manner with the exclusive use of broadcast quality equipment throughout the entire process. SONY DXC-35 series production cameras have been used to do all the shooting and SONY BETACAM SP cassettes have been used for all the recordings. The Editing has been done on Non-linear systems for the best possible results; specifically, the reputed DPS Velocity software/hardware system has been used. Most of the clips involving historical paintings have been rendered using Final Cut Pro.

The Audio has been processed entirely digitally (Non-linear) thus preventing any possibility of a generation loss altogether. Whereever possible direct audio input from the Non-linear system has been used in stead of the one available with the Video stream on the Betacam cassettes in order to avoid generation loss during different transfers. For example, for the prepartion of VCDs and Internet Video files the audio available along with the Video stream has not been used. Instead, direct audio from its original Non-linear source has been added and lip-synced with the Video stream to give an exceptional quality far exceeding the general video CD standards.

We would greatly appreciate if you give us feedback on any technology aspect of the Videos as this would be a really helpful input for our forthcoming ventures and would be most gratefully accepted.

Internet Video Files: We have now started uploading Videos in the Windows Media format. We will also be updating earlier videos as well in Windows Media format. The decision has been taken since the software used to play these Videos - Windows Media Player - is already on most computers. We are now uploading Videos in 300K (300 KiloBytes per second) and 100K data rates. This would make the Videos much more clearer and would provide a much better watching experience. For the Real Media files, Real Video Codec 6.0 has been used for Video stream and 11 Kbps Music with freq. response of 5.5 KHz for the audio stream. You would need to use a Real Player version of 6.0 or higher in order to play these Videos. We are working towards uploading the remaining videos as well in the Windows Media format at the increased data rates.
